Nikki is so approachable and always checks in through-out the week. She’s taught me so much about standards of training and nutrition but most importantly how achievable it is to live a balanced healthy lifestyle which has benefited me in many unexpected ways… so much more than the number on the scales.
I love all our sessions as they are so varied and personalised and now find myself planning my week around them.
