We're passionate about helping people of all ages to recover from and prevent injuries.

As a team of Sport Rehabilitators, Sport Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists, we help people suffering from pain, injury or illnesses involving the musculoskeletal system and are passionate about helping people of all ages to recover from and prevent injuries.

We aim to reduce pain and increase function using a combination of exercise, movement and manual therapy. An initial consultation will offer an in-depth discussion and physical assessment to screen for musculoskeletal imbalances; identify an appropriate diagnosis and any predisposing factors to injuries. We will then design a treatment plan to help you recover and return you to optimum function and physical activity.

Treatment will incorporate evidenced based therapeutic interventions and exercise with the plan being monitored and modified where needed. This could include exercise rehabilitation, graded activity, manual therapy, workplace assessment and modification, massage, acupuncture, taping and electrotherapy.

We take a ‘whole person’ approach, considering your needs as an individual to allow for optimal recovery and placing you at the centre of your own care. We support by integrating advice, education and empowerment into all aspects of your life. We believe that your involvement in your own care is crucial.

Our expertise in training as well as injury rehabilitation means we have a strong focus on movement and exercise and returning patients to high levels of function, whether you are returning to elite level sport or day-to-day activities.

We treat a range of injuries including, but not limited to:

  • Back pain – lower back pain, sciatica, disc problems and more
  • Pains and sprains in ankles, knees, shoulder groin, hip etc
  • Post-operative rehabilitation (spinal, shoulder and knee surgery, joint replacements)
